I’ve been aching for opportunities to show off my Augmented Reality skills in murals and streetart recently and I was very fortunate to have a brilliant client in Modus Operandi let me play and experiment in my own way. This mural was in lead up to the Indie Awards for craft beer being held in Melbourne this year. I wanted help Modus make a statement but also give them a design that could be later utilisied further in print media and digital productions.
I was stoked to be given such trust and creative freedom as well as have them be open to the Augmented Reality (AR) possibilities of the piece. I didn’t do alot of extra animating for this piece but what I did do had a massive impact on the dynamics of the mural and overall streetart meets digital objective.
