Insight’s “BAD PIZZA” Exhibition – “Topping Slide” Illustration – Sydney

Recently, I was fortunate enough to be part of the artist line up for General Pants Co.’s Insight collection launch party. Dubbed BAD PIZZA, the iconic Aussie streetwear brand was looking for pizza themed artworks to display at their launch and I was more than happy to oblige. What can I say, I’m all about that pizza.

To create this artwork, I decided to use a combination of pencil, paint, Posca and copic markers. When one of the organisers of this event expressed interest in this piece, I gladly let him keep it.

Not your usual pizza, this one is topped with less conventional ingredients like a lego piece, a tooth, and a cigarette. Some say this is what happens to pizza when you drop it topping side down in a dingy back alley. I say: 5-second rule. Here is my topping slider.
