Dot x Dot: Illustrative Style Study

Often I like to do an illustrative style study just so I can compile a bunch of my ideas or creative techniques in one place so I don’t forget them or can use them as reference when I’m working or looking to take on a new angle or be inspired when I’m at a crossroads or dead-end with a piece.

“Dot x Dot” is one of these illustrative style studies. Taking up a collection of graphic elements and that I have used or plan to use in the future, the only restriction is trapping them in a dot each. These ones were quite fun and are going to be very useful as I grow further and further with my work and explore cross-overs with subject matters and mediums 🙂
